Stupid question but what is the list structure for a custom code drop down. Like say I want a drop down menu for “contests” and then list the contests in the drop down. What’s the structure for that?

This plugin no longer creates menus. It’s used for adding a Suckerfish script to a site. As it says at the top of the page, it has been superceded by the PixoPoint Menu plugin, which it sounds like you would be much better off using.
